Jon Frank is in the ranks of the top producers and DJ`s. He owns and operates Wanted Music, which has a release schedule of 12 to 15 records per year, which are distributed worldwide every month to record stores, such as Global Groove in the U.K. or digitally through Beatport.com. Jon started his DJing in the small and spiritually filled clubs of Amsterdam, where he internationally resided in for 4 years. From that time forward he has brought the Dutch vibe to the Americas and beyond. In 1997 he began producing records, such as the tech trance singles "Pink Slip" and "Fractious" for the legendary Freddy Fresh and his label Analog Records. At the 2003 Winter Music Conference, Jon Frank`s single "Karma" was featured on the 2003 WMC Compilation CD and was also proclaimed as ‘one of the most promising tracks produced by an up and coming DJ/producer.’ Jon Frank is regularly featured in many international club charts in the U.K. In addition, he appears in many internationally known U.K. magazines such as, DJ magazine (a leading UK Magazine), and International DJ Magazine polls. Jon Frank is also regularly featured in many monthly track reviews on both DJ Magazine and International DJ Magazine. One such chart listing in DJ Magazine follows, a recently produced track titled “Chocolata”, was featured in “The Top 40 Club Charts” for 3 months in a row. “Chocolata”, was featured on ‘The Top 40 Club Chart’ in the April 2005 issue to June 2005 issue. “Bulletproof” was hailed in the September 2005 issue of International DJ Magazine as ‘a ground breaking top notch pumping trancer.’ Jon has also licensed music for many mainstream TV shows, such as MTV`s “The Real World”. He has also licensed track releases for movies such as a full-length feature film titled “Van Vorst Park”. Jon Frank’s music is favored and spun by many of the top international DJ`s such as Tiesto, Van Burren, and Jon “00” Fleming. Jon Frank`s releases get regular mainstream radio play on AOL radio, Vibe FM 101, Ministry of Sound Radio, Essex, FM, DAB Digital Radio, and XMRadio. |
